The Hub Buddy Project is funded by Bosvena and 3 Harbours to give people access to physical and social groups. The Integrated Neighbourhood Team supports frailty and are working together to reach people who are lonely and isolated.

My name is Carla Chapman and I am your point of contact for any information on the following community centres; Lanivet Community Centre, Lostwithiel Community Centre, Cornubia Hall in Par and Intobodmin.

I understand people feel nervous starting something new or walking in on your own. I'm your buddy to support you through the doors. Not only this, I've been building connections with lots of other professionals and organisations which can support you too!
