Pandas start to gel for new season

Writer: Panda PressPanda Press

The Lanivet Pandas netball team pulled off a 56-50 win in a local derby with Wadebridge Warriors last night.

There is nothing quite like the feeling of victory and that elation came from the court, the bench and in the gallery.

Coach Sarah Medlin stuck to the strategy she believed in and her decisions paid off in dividends.

"Well done team, that’s exactly what you were tonight, a team - on and off the court which was lovely to see," said Sarah.

A big thank you to Jackie Walker for umpiring and to our scorers and timer John and Jackie Carr and to everyone who came to support The Pandas who gave us a match to be proud of with thanks to Wadebridge Warriors.
